General overview:

Social entrepreneurship is an approach by individuals, groups, start-up companies or entrepreneurs, in which they develop, fund and implement solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues.

 

General learning goal:

This course will provide to interested students with knowledge and skills in the field of Social Entrepreneurship.

 

Specific learning goals:

By following this course students will be able to:

  1. Understanding what a Social enterprise is.
  2. Understanding what it looks like.
  3. Understanding what it does.
  4. Observing studies and examples from real life, to develop a coherent and integrated understanding of what a social enterprise is and how it operates in practice.
